No, and it is worth being precise about why. If you use Opus Clip to pull a video in from a link, add B-roll or a voice-over, and post the result straight to TikTok, cutspool replaces none of that. It replaces the middle: transcribe the recording, pick and score the moments, cut them to 9:16, burn word-timed captions in, give you the MP4.
No. The crop is set once and holds for the whole clip: blurred pad keeps the entire frame with a blurred fill above and below, or fill-frame crops in at a horizontal position you choose. Opus Clip lists moving object tracking on its Pro and Business plans. If a speaker moves around the frame and you need the crop to follow them, that is a real reason to pick a tool that does it.
Their pricing page lists Free, Starter at $15 a month and Pro at $29 a month, with Business on request, and sizes credits through a calculator rather than printing a per-minute rate. cutspool charges one credit per rounded-up minute of the file you upload, whatever it returns, and refunds the credits if a run fails or you cancel it. Live plan prices are on the pricing page, because they are read from the billing service instead of being typed into a page like this one.
When you want one tool for the whole chain from source link to posted clip, when the crop needs to follow a moving speaker, or when you want B-roll and voice-over generated for you. cutspool deliberately does not do any of those.
