Pricing / source minutes

Pay for the footage you process.

Usage is measured in credits, and one credit is one minute of source video, rounded up to the next whole minute. You are charged on the length of the file you upload, not on the number of clips it produces, and a run that fails returns its credits.

Annual subscriptions still refresh credits every month.

What one credit covers.

A source minute is a minute of the file you upload. The charge is worked out from that duration, rounded up to the next whole minute, before the run starts. Ten clips from one recording cost exactly the same as one clip from it.

A partial minute rounds up once: a 30-second upload costs one credit and a 61-second upload costs two. Editing and re-rendering an existing clip does not use source-video credits.

A run that fails for good returns its credits to your balance, and so does a run you cancel while it is queued or still working. You are only charged for work that finished.

A run that would take you past your remaining credits is refused before it starts, so a job never lands you with a partial charge.

Input limits

MP4, MOV and WebM. Each plan sets its own ceiling, from 2 GB and 60 minutes at the lowest to 8 GB and 4 hours at the highest. A file past your plan's limit is rejected before anything is charged, and the table below lists both per plan.

Top-up credit packs.

Credit packs are one-time top-ups. They are used after monthly plan credits and expire 12 months after purchase. There is no per-minute overage rate, because a run that would exceed your remaining credits is refused, not billed.

Questions about billing.

The length of the file you upload, rounded up to the next whole minute. You are charged on source length rather than AI calls or the number of clips that come back.

A run that would take you past your remaining credits is refused before it starts, so nothing is charged and no partial work is billed. Change plan or add a credit pack to keep going.

Plan credits do not: your usage resets at the start of each billing month. Credits bought as a pack are used after plan credits and expire 12 months after purchase.

Yes. On an active subscription the change is applied straight away and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Yes, through the billing portal. Cancelling ends the subscription and drops the account back to the free plan.

The job is retried automatically. If it fails for good, the credits are refunded. Cancelling a queued or running job refunds it as well.

A higher plan is reached sooner, not rendered faster. A free worker takes the highest-weighted waiting job, and Pro and Studio jobs carry more weight than the plans below them. Every job's weight also climbs the longer it waits, so a lower plan is never held behind indefinitely. None of this is a promised start or finish time.

Your source file stays in storage for the window your plan sets, then it and its transcript are deleted: Free, 3 days; Creator, 14 days; Pro, 60 days; Studio, no automatic expiry. Clips that already rendered are untouched and stay in your clip list. The deletion runs on a sweep, not to the minute. You can delete a source yourself at any time, but a window cannot be extended.

No - they are on the paid plans: Creator, Pro, Studio. A free run is delivered as shot, in the picture's own colour, opening with a plain fade from black. The paid plans add 10 grades - Black & white, Vivid, Warm, Cool, Faded film, Film grain, 3D shift, Sepia, Bleach bypass, VHS - and 3 ways for a clip to open: from black, rack focus, film start. Both are picked before a run, and the grade can be changed per clip in the editor afterwards for as long as the source is still in your library. Re-rendering a clip you have already paid for does not cost credits.

Yes. A stored source stays in your library for its retention window, and starting another run from it skips the upload entirely. It also skips transcription, because the word-timed transcript is cached against that source, so a second run goes straight to picking moments. The run still costs its source minutes.
