Roadmap
What is built, and what is not yet.
One line, in the order the work happens. Everything above the Today rule is in the product now. Everything below it is not, and each of those carries the thing that happens instead.
There are no dates on this page and there will not be. This is an order, not a schedule, and an item can move or be dropped. Nothing below the rule is available on any plan.

Clip trimming
A generated clip can be shortened or re-extended inside its original range while the source is retained.
Caption styles
12 presets, plus per-field control over the face, size, weight, colours, outline or box, position, words per line, and the entrance each line arrives on.
A source library
Uploads are kept, browsable and previewable, so a second set of clips from the same recording costs no second upload and no second transcription.
Re-rendering a finished clip
While its source is retained, a finished clip's framing and caption style can be changed and burned in again without spending credits.
Profanity masking and muting
An opt-in per-run setting that masks strong language in the burned-in captions and title, keeping the first letter, and mutes the word in the audio while it is spoken. Silence, not a bleep. English word list.

Next up
1 itemDecided and queued. Work has not started, and there is no date.
Import from a link
Paste a URL and let the server fetch the recording, instead of uploading the file from your machine.
Today
You upload the file yourself. MP4, MOV and WebM are accepted, and the upload is charged on the length of the file.
Exploring

Clips from video with little or no speech
Read the picture as well as the words, so gameplay, sport, a vlog or a music video - anything with no spoken track to cut on - can be clipped too.
Today
Every run is selected from the transcript alone. A source with no speech in it fails the run and the credits are returned, and nothing is ever chosen from what is on screen.
B-roll cutaways
Cut away to a second piece of footage over part of a clip, so a long talking head has something else to look at.
Today
Every clip is a crop of your own recording. Nothing is added to the picture except the captions, the title, and your handle and logo if you set them.
AI voiceover
Generate a spoken track - a translation, or a read of the description - and lay it over the clip.
Today
The audio in a clip is your own voice. Nothing is generated and nothing is replaced - the pipeline only cuts it, speeds it if you ask, and mutes strong language if you ask.
A crop that follows the speaker
Track whoever is talking and move the 9:16 crop to keep them in frame across the clip.
Today
The crop is static for the whole clip. The default pads the sides with a blurred copy of the frame; fill-frame crops in instead, and you can slide that crop before the run or afterwards while the source is retained.
Need one of these sooner?
Say which one and what you would use it for. What people ask for is the main thing that moves an item up this page, and one specific description of a workflow is worth more than a vote.
